CAN Info-Tech 2011, the largest annual Information and Communication Technology (ICT) fair in the country, is going to be held on coming February 1st to 6th, 2011 (Magh 18-23, 2067) at Bhrikutimandap, Exhibition road, Kathmandu.
This is the 17th CAN InfoTech organized by Computer Association of Nepal. The stall booking for the exhibitors and the Sponsorship opportunities are also be announced from 3rd November, 2010.
Computer Association of Nepal (CAN) was formed in May 1992 but was formally registered in December 1992 as an autonomous, non political, non partisan, non-profitable and service oriented organization. The Computer Association has been formed with the involvement of professionals, specialists, manufacturers, institutions and the related organization of Computer and Information Technology within the country. The main objectives of Computer Association of Nepal is To assist in the utilization, enhancement and promotion of computers and information technology within the country and help to develop strategies to meet the necessary requirements for the development of literacy and skills regarding computer science; To provide and protect the necessary rights and privileges, benefits to individuals, institutions, companies and organizations affiliated to the activities of CAN; To provide support and facilities to all general, corporate and honorary members of CAN.
