Page Ranks (PR) are what link-building is all about. “Page Ranks” are a system of measurement, ranked from 0 to 10, developed by Google to help users differentiate a quality site from an inferior one. A website deemed a PR 5 is considered by Google to be a high quality site for reliable information, while a PR 0 is considered to be the opposite. One builds a high ranking site by getting (a lot of) what are known as “backlinks” from other relevant and high quality sites.


Many wouldn’t deem Google+ the next big thing.
